EOFY $2 Upgrade Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

• The EOFY $2 Upgrade Offer (“Promotion”) is offered by DOPA and allows eligible customers to upgrade any qualifying main meal to an Ichi Set for an additional $2 AUD.
• An Ichi Set includes:
  • One (1) qualifying main meal
  • One (1) miso soup
  • One (1) salad

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion is valid every Friday from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion is only available during normal trading hours on applicable Fridays within the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to all customers who:

• Purchase a qualifying main meal in-store at a participating location during the Promotion Period; and
• Pay the additional $2 AUD upgrade fee.

4. Participating Stores

• The Promotion is available only at selected participating stores.
• Participating locations may vary and are subject to change without notice.

5. Offer Details

• Eligible customers may upgrade any qualifying main meal to an Ichi Set for an additional $2 AUD.
• The upgrade includes:
  • One (1) miso soup; and
  • One (1) salad.
• No substitutions, exchanges, or customisations are permitted unless otherwise stated by the participating store.

6. Exclusions

The Promotion:

• Is available for in-store purchases only;
• Is not available via delivery platforms or online ordering;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit;
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher, or loyalty redemption unless otherwise stated;
• Is subject to product availability.

Additional charges may apply for add-ons, premium items, or modifications.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Any refunds or exchanges relating to purchases made under this Promotion are subject to the store’s standard refund and exchange policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel

DOPA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary to do so.

9. General

• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• All decisions made by participating stores regarding the Promotion are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

 

 

 

 

EOFY Catering Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The EOFY Catering Offer (“Promotion”) is offered by DOPA and provides eligible customers with 10% off qualifying catering orders.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion is available from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• To qualify, catering orders must be scheduled for delivery within the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is available to customers who place eligible catering orders directly with DOPA during the Promotion Period.
• Orders must be placed through approved direct ordering channels including:
  • Direct email enquiries;
  • Direct phone orders;
  • In-store ordering; or
  • Official DOPA catering web page; https://dopa.com.au/catering/

4. Offer Details

• Eligible customers will receive 10% off the total value of qualifying catering orders.
• The discount applies to catering orders delivered between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive.

5. Participating Stores

The Promotion is valid at all participating DOPA store locations.

6. Exclusions

The Promotion:

• Is not valid for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms or marketplace providers;
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, catering package offer, or loyalty redemption unless otherwise stated;
• Is not redeemable for cash or credit;
• Excludes any delivery fees, service fees, or additional charges unless otherwise stated;
• Is subject to catering availability and order acceptance.

Minimum order requirements may apply depending on store location and delivery area.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• Changes or cancellations to catering orders may be subject to notice periods, fees, or store policies.
• Refunds are subject to DOPA’s standard catering terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Power Hour – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Power Hour promotion (“Offer”) allows eligible customers to purchase a selected don for $10 during specified weekday hours.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to:
  • Primary and high school students
  • First responders including firefighters, police officers, and paramedics
• First responders and students must be in uniform at the time of purchase.
• Proof of eligibility may be requested by staff.

3. Offer Details

• Price: $10 per don
  • Available menu items:
    • Angus Beef Don
    • Chicken Don
    • Eggplant Don
    • Chicken Curry Don
    • Eggplant Curry Don
• Limit of one don per eligible customer per transaction.
• Offer valid for dine-in or takeaway only.

4. Timing & Availability

• Offer valid weekdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Available only while stocks last.
• Management reserves the right to modify operating hours or withdraw the Offer without prior notice.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special deal.
• No substitutions, upgrades, or modifications to the selected dons.
• Not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Not valid for online delivery orders unless specifically stated.

6. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.
• The Offer may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at management’s discretion.
• Any disputes relating to the Offer will be resolved at management’s discretion, and decisions are final.

7. General Conditions

• Customers participate in the Offer at their own risk.
• All other standard store terms and conditions apply.

 

 

 

School Deal – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The School Deal is a recurring monthly promotion (“Promotion”) in which one selected school receives access to an exclusive offer for a limited time. The selected school and corresponding offer will change each school month.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion will run during the applicable school month as determined by the Promoter.
• The exact start and end dates for each School Deal will be announced via Instagram.

3. Eligibility

• Each month, one school will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
• The offer is exclusively available to current students of the selected school.
• Valid student identification may be required at time of purchase to redeem the offer.
• Staff eligibility (if applicable) will be specified in the Instagram announcement.

4. Offer Details

• The specific deal, inclusions, exclusions, price, and redemption conditions will vary each month.
• Full details of the monthly offer will be announced exclusively via the Promoter’s official Instagram account.
• The offer is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be redeemed outside these dates.

5. Redemption Conditions

• Offer must be mentioned or presented at time of purchase.
• Offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.
• Limit of one redemption per eligible student per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  

6. Announcement & Communication

• The selected school and offer details will only be announced on Instagram.
• It is the responsibility of participants to check Instagram for updates, terms, and promotional periods.

7. Changes & Cancellation

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where misuse is suspected.

8. General

• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding.
