Christmas Catering Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Christmas Catering Promotion (“Offer”) entitles eligible customers to receive 10% off qualifying DOPA catering orders delivered during the promotional period.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is available from 1 November to 31 December 2026, inclusive.
• A minimum spend of $300 on eligible catering items is required to qualify for the Offer.
• The minimum spend is calculated before the discount is applied and excludes delivery fees.
• Orders must be placed directly with DOPA and must meet all requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

3. Offer Details

• Eligible customers will receive 10% off qualifying catering items.
• The discount applies to catering items only. Delivery fees and any other applicable charges are excluded.
• The Offer is limited to one discount per qualifying order.
• The Offer is not redeemable for cash or credit.

4. Timing & Availability

• The Offer is valid for eligible catering orders delivered from 1 November to 31 December 2026, inclusive.
• All orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date.
• The requested delivery date must fall within the promotional period for the order to qualify.
• The Offer is subject to catering menu availability, order confirmation and delivery availability at participating DOPA locations.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or special deal unless otherwise stated by DOPA.
• The Offer applies to eligible DOPA catering items only.
• Delivery fees are not discounted and do not count towards the minimum spend.
• The Offer is available for orders placed directly with DOPA and is not valid for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms.
• The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been paid for.
• Changes to or cancellations of orders are subject to DOPA’s applicable catering order policies.

6. Management Rights

• DOPA reserves the right to refuse the Offer if the eligibility requirements are not met.
• DOPA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where permitted by law.
• Any disputes relating to the Offer will be handled by DOPA in accordance with applicable laws.

7. General Conditions

• All other standard DOPA terms and conditions apply.
• By participating in the Offer, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

 

 

HSC & VCE Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The HSC & VCE Promotion (“Offer”) allows eligible students to purchase one selected don and receive a second selected don of equal or lesser value at 50% off during the promotional period.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to:
  • HSC students from 13 October to 5 November 2026, inclusive.
  • VCE students from 27 October to 18 November 2026, inclusive.
• To redeem the Offer, HSC students must present either:
  • An official personalised HSC timetable; or
  • A Class of 2026 school jersey.
• To redeem the Offer, VCE students must present either:
  • An official personalised VCE timetable; or
  • A Class of 2026 school jersey.
• Required proof of eligibility must be presented at the time of purchase.

3. Offer Details

• Purchase one eligible don and receive a second eligible don of equal or lesser value at 50% off.
• The Offer applies to the following dons only:
  • Chicken Don
  • Eggplant Don
  • Chicken Curry Don
  • Eggplant Curry Don
• The Offer is limited to one redemption per customer per day.

4. Timing & Availability

• The HSC Promotion is valid on weekdays only from 13 October to 5 November 2026, inclusive.
• The VCE Promotion is valid on weekdays only from 27 October to 18 November 2026, inclusive.
• The Offer is available during participating store operating hours and is subject to product availability.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or special deal.
• The Offer applies only to the eligible dons listed in these Terms & Conditions.
• The Offer is not redeemable for cash or credit.
• The Offer is redeemable over the counter only and is not valid for online orders or orders placed through third-party delivery platforms.
• The Offer cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Management Rights

• DOPA staff reserve the right to refuse redemption if eligibility criteria are not met or the required proof of eligibility is not presented.
• DOPA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where permitted by law.
• Any disputes relating to the Offer will be handled by DOPA in accordance with applicable laws.

Power Hour – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Power Hour promotion (“Offer”) allows eligible customers to purchase a selected don for $10 during specified weekday hours.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to:
  • Primary and high school students
  • First responders including firefighters, police officers, and paramedics
• First responders and students must be in uniform at the time of purchase.
• Proof of eligibility may be requested by staff.

3. Offer Details

• Price: $10 per don
  • Available menu items:
    • Angus Beef Don
    • Chicken Don
    • Eggplant Don
    • Chicken Curry Don
    • Eggplant Curry Don
• Limit of one don per eligible customer per transaction.
• Offer valid for dine-in or takeaway only.

4. Timing & Availability

• Offer valid weekdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Available only while stocks last.
• Management reserves the right to modify operating hours or withdraw the Offer without prior notice.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special deal.
• No substitutions, upgrades, or modifications to the selected dons.
• Not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Not valid for online delivery orders unless specifically stated.

6. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.
• The Offer may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at management’s discretion.
• Any disputes relating to the Offer will be resolved at management’s discretion, and decisions are final.

7. General Conditions

• Customers participate in the Offer at their own risk.

School Deal – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The School Deal is a recurring monthly promotion (“Promotion”) in which one selected school receives access to an exclusive offer for a limited time. The selected school and corresponding offer will change each school month.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion will run during the applicable school month as determined by the Promoter.
• The exact start and end dates for each School Deal will be announced via Instagram.

3. Eligibility

• Each month, one school will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
• The offer is exclusively available to current students of the selected school.
• Valid student identification may be required at time of purchase to redeem the offer.
• Staff eligibility (if applicable) will be specified in the Instagram announcement.

4. Offer Details

• The specific deal, inclusions, exclusions, price, and redemption conditions will vary each month.
• Full details of the monthly offer will be announced exclusively via the Promoter’s official Instagram account.
• The offer is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be redeemed outside these dates.

5. Redemption Conditions

• Offer must be mentioned or presented at time of purchase.
• Offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.
• Limit of one redemption per eligible student per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  

6. Announcement & Communication

• The selected school and offer details will only be announced on Instagram.
• It is the responsibility of participants to check Instagram for updates, terms, and promotional periods.

7. Changes & Cancellation

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where misuse is suspected.

8. General

• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding.
